  Rang up in advance on Easter Monday to see if we needed to book. Went straight to voice message saying how busy they will be and won’t be taking bookings or takeaway orders. Turned up around 7pm to find out they were shut!! It’s a massive holiday weekend in a tourist town and they are not open?! Perhaps not being open should have been included in there voice message. Not surprising that this is the typical small minded business mentality you run across in provincial NZ. Went across the road to Madly Indian. Excellent food and prices and they had the business sense to open. Will look at using them more often on our regular trips up north.
